“Since I was a child on the playground, I believed in justice and fair play. A single individual seeking justice from a large corporation is already in an unfair fight, in money, time and interest. I want to level that playing field for the injured person and have devoted my professional career to doing so. I never give up; I search for every detail; I fight for my client.”

During her over 20 years as a lawyer, Linda A. Alley has established a reputation for providing steadfast passionate advocacy for her clients. Ms. Alley’s areas of practice include medical negligence, wrongful death, premises liability, product liability, pharmaceutical liability and tobacco litigation.
In 2017, after 25 years at a well-known Fort Lauderdale law firm, Ms. Alley joined the Kelley|Uustal law firm as a member of the Tobacco Litigation Team. She brought an expansive knowledge of medical issues, which added depth to an already successful team. As part of the team, she helped secure several large verdicts for clients who suffered losses as a result of the actions of Big Tobacco.
Ms. Alley attended night classes at Broward College while working full time at what was then Southern Bell Telephone Company. She went on to graduate from Florida Atlantic University, also while working full time as a paralegal. Despite her busy schedule, she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in History with honors from FAU and was named a Distinguished Alumni in 2008. She attended the University of Florida, Frederick G. Levin College of Law and graduated with honors in 1998.
Ms. Alley has obtained numerous multi-million dollar recoveries for her clients, including a $5.7 million verdict for a child who developed cerebral palsy after being negligently delivered by the obstetricians, and a $4.6 million verdict for a child who developed a severe clotting disorder due to an unrecognized infection in the hospital shortly after delivery.
Linda was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but has lived in South Florida since she was 3 years old. She is the very proud mother of two children, Sarah, an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County, and Brad, a middle school teacher in Broward County.
