Bruno Renda represents plaintiffs in personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, and other catastrophic injury matters at Kelley | Uustal Trial Attorneys.
Mr. Renda began his career in civil litigation, defending global insurance companies and large corporations in a variety of civil disputes, including personal injury, wrongful death, and complex insurance matters. During this period, he tried large exposure cases on behalf of motor carriers, brokers, and freight forwarders, and counseled insurance companies and businesses on risk assessment and management, developing a deep understanding of how they operate and make decisions.
Today Mr. Renda applies his insight into how insurance companies and corporate defendants assess, value, and defend claims to build stronger cases for injured clients at Kelley | Uustal Trial Attorneys.
Mr. Renda was born in Brazil and moved to the U.S. with his family at age 16. He is fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and proficient in Spanish.
He spent years working nights in the restaurant business while attending school during the day, crediting those years for his work ethic and humility. He later worked as a file clerk at a Fort Lauderdale defense firm while attending night classes. After the rest of his family returned to Brazil, Mr. Renda stayed to pursue a career in law, passing the bar in 2011 and being rehired by that firm where he had been a clerk, now as a civil defense attorney.
