Carla Rosello Joins Kelley | Uustal After Experiencing Firm’s ‘Built Different Trial Skills Academy’
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., February 17, 2025 – Kelley | Uustal, a nationally recognized trial law firm, is pleased to announce that attorney Carla Rosello has joined the firm.
Rosello is the first attorney to sign on with Kelley | Uustal after attending its unique Built Different Trial Skills Academy for young lawyers.
Kelley | Uustal is intent on creating a new type of young attorney, one that can “change the world.”
“We are giving these attorneys specific training and showing them how to do it,” said founding partner John Uustal. “We set the bar high for those attending our Trial Skills Academy. Carla showed us that she definitely has what it takes to be a successful litigator.”
Rosello is making the switch to the plaintiff’s side. Before joining Kelley | Uustal, she defended clients at a Miami firm that focuses in part on catastrophic injury cases.
“The Built Different: Trial Skills Academy was a wonderful experience,” Rosello said. “I quickly made it known that I wanted to join their team.”
Rosello was an assistant state attorney at the Broward State Attorney’s Office, where she served as the lead attorney in multiple trials.
Rosello earned her juris doctor from Nova Southeastern University, cum laude. She also received a juris doctor from the University of Barcelona in Spain, where she was the recipient of a fully funded merit-based scholarship to attend Nova Southeastern. Rosello, a native of Barcelona, is fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
Rosello is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Southern District of Florida. She also is licensed to practice in Spain.
