Bob Kelley was appointed as a commissioner on the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Housing Authority Board. The mission of the Housing Authority of the City of Fort Lauderdale is to assist low-income families with safe, decent, and affordable housing opportunities as they strive to achieve self-sufficiency and improve their lives. The HACFL is committed to operating in an efficient, ethical, and professional manner, and will create and maintain partnerships with its clients and appropriate community agencies in order to accomplish this mission.
The Housing Authority operates from the Robert P. Kelley Building. The building is named after Bob Kelley’s father, Robert P. Kelley, the former pastor of First Christian Church. Bob Kelley shares his father’s dedication to helping make our community a better place for everyone.
