Bonnie Navin Promoted to Partner at Kelley/Uustal

We are pleased to announce that Bonnie A. Navin is the newest Partner here at Kelley/Uustal.

Bonnie joined the team at Kelley/Uustal in 2012. In fact, she was recently named one of the most effective lawyers of 2016 in the area of medical malpractice by the Daily Business Review.

Bonnie’s diverse background has contributed to her great success in a variety of litigation cases. She has tried a number of complex arbitrations and complex medical cases on behalf of her clients and has provided advice to physicians and medical institutions. She also handles cases involving wrongful death, nursing home litigation, business litigation, products liability litigation, and equine law (personal injury and commercial business).

Bonnie is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, where she founded the Law School Advisors Program. Prior to joining Kelley/Uustal, Bonnie held management positions at major HMOs and insurance companies, worked as a Risk Manager to the cruise industry with a focus on crew claims and maritime acquisitions, and served as Vice President of South Florida Operations for a Florida-based commercial HMO. She is a member of the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District, Northern District, and Middle District of Florida.
