According to the Broward County Justice Association’s website, “the Broward County Justice Association was founded in 1963 to serve members of the legal profession who focus on civil litigation and to work with the Judiciary of Broward County, Florida on a wide range of matters impacting the legal community.” Members of the Broward County Justice Association consist of Florida attorneys, judges, and affiliated legal professionals throughout the tri-county area who join together with their colleagues to attend monthly meetings, discuss case evaluations and preserve the justice system.

As an integral member of Kelley/Uustal, Attorney Eric Rosen has assisted his clients in obtaining numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. His practice is focused on personal injury, product liability, tobacco litigation, class action litigation, and wrongful death.

Kelley/Uustal was founded by Robert Kelley and John Uustal, two of the most successful and experienced trial attorneys in the country. The Florida personal injury law firm believes in justice for all and has focused its practice on protecting injured clients and preventing negligent parties from escaping justice. When an injury does occur, Kelley/Uustal’s experienced litigation attorneys passionately pursue justice for all of their clients.
