John Uustal on Daycare Negligence and Child’s Death

John Uustal commented on a developing story regarding a 2-year-old child who died after being left inside a hot van in the parking lot of an Oakland Park daycare.

Regarding the possibility of a wrongful death suit, Uustal explained that this case meets the requirements for “foreseeable negligence, since it’s clear that leaving a child inside a van in the Florida summer heat could cause their death.
