Kelley/Uustal will be participating as teaching staff in the upcoming “Conquering the Courtroom: Winning Your Case with Precision Salvos,” presented by the Broward County Bar Association and the American Board of Trial Advocates and sponsored by Alpine Jaguar. Together with Charles Morehead III of Abramowitz Pomerantz & Morehead, P.A. and William Clayton of Greenberg Traurig, Kelley | Uustal’s Robert W. Kelley will be presenting on legal topics including:
- Winning Your Case in Voir Dire
- Winning Your Case in Opening: A Plaintiff’s Perspective
- Winning Your Case in Opening: A Defense Perspective
“Conquering the Courtroom” will be held Friday, April 29, 2016 at Weston Hills Country Club in Weston, FL. The cost to register is $50 for Broward County Bar Association members, and $75 for non-members. Conference participants can earn three CLE credits. A continental breakfast will be provided.
