The Camp Lejeune Justice Act of 2022 was enacted to provide relief for thousands of Marines and their families who were poisoned by contaminated water while serving at Camp Lejeune. All claims under this Act will be adjudicated in the Eastern District Court of North Carolina, and a substantial number will proceed to trial.
