The family of Robert “Robbie” Bodack, a nonverbal autistic man, who tragically passed away after being left in a hot van is pursuing justice. They have filed a lawsuit against the caregiving company responsible, holding them accountable for what they allege was a grave breach of duty and safety protocols.
