What was supposed to have been a lovely day for a newly engaged couple took an ugly turn when the two were involved in a car crash that would lead to one of the love birds being injured.
Since then, two Fort Lauderdale attorneys—Michael Hersh and Kimberly Wald of Kelley | Uustal—have made it their mission to get compensation for Navy veteran Marc Laspes, paralyzed in the crash.
And they have accomplished that with a $35 million jury verdict before Broward Circuit Judge Mily Rodriguez-Powell. Read more:
