Kelley/Uustal is proud to announce that founding partner Bob Kelley has been selected by LawyersUSA as one of it’s Lawyers of the Year for 2009.
Once a year, the nationwide publication selects individuals who have made a significant impact on the law to receive their Lawyer of the Year award. Kelley was selected this year along with Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor and eight other attorneys across the country. LawyersUSA noted Bob’s work in the trial of Naugle v. Phillip Morris in which he secured a record-setting 300 million dollar verdict against the tobacco company in November.
