Attorney Michael Hersh Joins Kelley/Uustal

Kelley/Uustal is proud to announce the addition of Michael Hersh to our Fort Lauderdale personal injury law firm. Mr. Hersh is an experienced litigator who has spent the last several years litigating complex commercial and consumer finance cases. At Kelley/Uustal, Mr. Hersh will concentrate his legal practice on personal injury, products liability, and wrongful death.

After graduating Magna Cum Lauda from the University Of Florida Levin College Of Law, Mr. Hersh immediately began building his prestigious litigation career. As a litigation associate with an international law firm, Mr. Hersh represented numerous Fortune 500 companies and became an exceptional litigator. He brings this litigation experience to Kelley/Uustal and will focus his practice on protecting the rights of individuals who have been injured through the negligence of corporations, manufacturers, and other individuals.

Mr. Hersh states “I am driven to make a difference, to make our community a safer place, by protecting the rights of individuals against corporations who cause needless harm in their pursuit of profit.”
