Negligent Employer to Pay $23M for Brain Injury

In the suit, the plaintiffs alleged that Affordable Treemen, Inc. and Robin Croce’s negligence caused Alamo-Cruz, a tree trimmer, to fall while on the job, sustaining permanent and severe injuries.
We presented evidence of our client’s orthopedic injuries and traumatic brain injury, which were caused by the fall, supported by testimonies from several medical doctors.
