Attorney Bob Kelley is representing Dallas nurse, Briana Aguirre, who has spoken out about Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital’s handling of Ebola patients. Aguirre was a nurse at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital when Ebola patient, Thomas Duncan, was admitted. Aguirre was also among the hospital staff that cared for Nina Pham. She reported that the hospital was not prepared to handle Ebola patients and recalls several instances that illustrate her point.
Attorney Bob Kelley appeared alongside Aguirre in news appearances to tell her story, including The Today Show and Anderson Cooper 360.
